How do I schedule or reschedule a cleaning?

You can schedule online, by phone, or by email. To reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

How do you charge — hourly, flat rate, or per project?

We offer flexible pricing to suit every need:

  • Hourly — This is perfect for custom jobs or homes where the time required varies. In Florida, experienced cleaning professionals typically charge between $25 and $40 per hour, depending on the scope of work.

  • Flat Rate (per visit) — Ideal for standard cleanings in average-sized homes. The typical range is from $120 to $280 per visit nationwide.

  • Per Project of Custom Quote — For more specialized situations; like deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, or extra tasks like organizing or special sanitization—we’ll provide a detailed, customized quote based on factors such as square footage, room count, and specific client needs.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring all professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own products (for allergies, eco-friendly preferences, etc.), we’re happy to do so.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many of our clients are not home. You can give us a key or provide entry instructions. Your home is secure, and our staff is fully vetted and trustworthy.

How long will the cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your home/office and the level of cleaning required. A regular cleaning usually takes 2–4 hours, while a deep clean or move-out clean can take longer.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning service is designed to keep your space — whether home, office, or clinic — consistently fresh, tidy, and welcoming. Here’s what’s typically included:

For Homes:

  • Dusting of all accessible surfaces (tables, shelves, décor, etc.)

  • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors

  • Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors, windows)

  • Cleaning kitchen counters, stovetop, backsplash, and exterior of appliances

  • Emptying trash in all rooms

For Offices & Workspaces:

  • Dusting desks, shelves, and office furniture

  • Wiping down shared surfaces (tables, counters, light switches, door handles)

  • Vacuuming and mopping floors

  • Cleaning breakrooms/kitchens (counters, sinks, appliance exteriors)

  • Emptying trash and replacing liners

For Clinics & Medical Offices:

  • Sanitizing high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, countertops)

  • Cleaning patient rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

  • Wiping down exam tables and chairs (with provided disinfectants if required)

Do you clean windows, carpets, or laundry?

Yes — we take care of these tasks as part of our regular and optional services:

Windows

  • Internal window cleaning/wiping is included in our standard cleaning service to keep your windows streak-free and fresh.

Carpets

  • While we do not offer full carpet shampooing, we will vacuum and deodorize carpets upon request as part of your scheduled cleaning.

Laundry

  • Wash, dry, and fold service may be available as an add-on — just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Do you offer eco-friendly/green cleaning?

Yes! We offer eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Just let us know when booking.

Are your cleaners background-checked and trained?

Absolutely. All team members are professionally trained, background-checked, and insured to give you peace of mind.

Do you clean after events or parties?

Yes! We offer special event cleaning — before and after parties, holidays, or gatherings — so you can enjoy your event without worrying about the mess.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded to protect you and your property to give you peace of mind.

What happens if something is damaged during cleaning?

We treat every home and office with the utmost care. In the rare event that something is damaged, we’ll notify you immediately and work with you to make it right. Our business is fully insured and bonded, so you can have peace of mind knowing you’re protected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.). Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it — free of charge.
